What we do with your data, who we pass it to, and how you get it back.
Who processes your data
The data controller is AROG AI SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, 42-300 Myszków, ul. Korczaka 27, Poland, KRS 0001248095, NIP 5772007157. For data protection matters, write to [email protected].
We are a Polish company. Processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679), which applies directly across the European Union.
Contact form
We process what you type into the form: your name, email, optionally a phone number, the size of your portfolio and the text of your message.
The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a contract. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
Form delivery is handled by Web3Forms, a provider established outside the European Economic Area (United States). Only the fields you filled in are transmitted. The transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Cookies and analytics
Without your consent we store no cookies beyond those required to run the site and to remember your choice in the consent bar.
After consent we use Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to measure traffic and advertising performance. PostHog data is stored on servers in the European Union.
You can withdraw or change consent at any time in the consent bar. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
Where the data sits
The site and its backups run on servers in the European Union. The exception is form delivery, described above.
How long we keep it
Form data is kept for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible contract, and afterwards for the periods required by accounting and limitation rules.
Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted once consent is withdrawn, unless another legal ground requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR).

Complaints to a supervisory authority
Because the controller is established in Poland, the lead supervisory authority is the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Under Art. 77 GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you habitually reside or work.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the scope of processing or the services we use change. The current version always lives at this address.
