You are handing us correspondence with people who live in the buildings you manage. Here is what we do with it, without superlatives.
Data stays in the European Union
Production and backups run in EU data centres. Transfers outside the EEA are not part of normal operation.
Role-based access
You decide who sees which building and which case. Access can be revoked immediately; the audit trail remains.
AI does not decide
The model prepares context and drafts. Sending a reply, committing to a supplier and anything with a financial effect is confirmed by a person.
Your data is not training material
The content of your correspondence and documents is not used to train models for other customers.
Export without hostages
The data is yours. If we part ways you get it in a machine-readable format, not as a pile of PDFs.
What we do not have yet
We hold neither ISO 27001 nor SOC 2, and we do not claim otherwise. If your decision depends on a certificate, say so early and we will both save time.
