An email from a resident, a report from a form or a message from a contractor becomes a case with a number, a category and an owner.
Context
What belongs to the case is attached to it: the supplier contract, the resolution, earlier correspondence, the building’s history. You do not go looking.
Draft
AI classifies mail by intent, fills in the background and drafts a reply in your tone. Routine is dispatched; anything else reaches a person.
Decision
Money, legal positions and anything that binds the community are approved by the manager. The system prepares decisions and never makes them.

Every case carries a status, a deadline and a next step. When somebody asks what happened, the answer is in the record.
