We price per unit under management, on a tiered scale — the larger the portfolio, the lower the rate per unit.
Why per unit
It is the number a property manager already works with, and it keeps the price proportional to the work the system takes on.
Set per market
Rates are quoted in the local currency of the market you operate in. We publish the full table for markets we have launched in.
A paid pilot first
Before a contract, we run the platform on part of your portfolio and measure what changes. Short, paid, and with a defined scope.
What is not in the price
Onboarding is a one-off charge and scales with the size of the data migration. We state it up front rather than discovering it later.
